Title: EasyPlant
Scope of production
The product is referred to as a hand tool / garden tool and is thought to be used for laying down e.g. flower bulbs in grassy or bare soil.
Known Technique
The laying of bulbs in grassland today is done by hand only with the help of a simple paddle. This means that the person performing the decommissioning must crawl on his knees and hands during work, which in itself leads to a poor working position and physical nuisance thereof:
1) A person is lying on hands and knees on the grassland
2) A turf is lightened and / or set aside by means of the bucket
3) Excavate the soil under the wheat so that proper depth is obtained
4) A flower bulb is placed in the hole
5) The excavated soil is filled back into the hole
6) The turf is now laid back on top of onions and soil
7) The person now rises and stomps the turf in place on a level with the natural surface of the earth

Technical problem to be solved
The prior art contains many working steps and also a poor working position as well as weary position changes. In addition, a uniform laying depth is important for the quality of the work and the germination ability of the onions. The following issues need to be addressed:
1) The number of steps in the process must be reduced
2) The job position needs to be improved
3) The number of position changes must be reduced
4) Ensure a uniform planting depth

The New Technology
The new technique is that the plant bucket is replaced with the production - EasyPlant - consisting of a number of hollow inserts, an exciter mechanism and a hanger of suitable length.
The Technical Impact
The effect of using EasyPlant is the following:
1) The number of steps in the process - laying of bulbs in grassland - is reduced from previous 7 steps to now just 4 working steps: 1) Removing turf with hollow inserts, 2) laying onions, 3) repositioning turf via express- mechanical, 4) Moving EasyPlant to the next laying position.
2) The process can be carried out in a standing working position as EasyPlant is equipped with a hanger, the length of which allows standing operation
3) Necessary change of position for the operator is eliminated as all the steps of the process can now be carried out standing
4) A completely uniform planting depth is ensured via the hollow inserts on EasyPlant, which take out soil at the same depth every time they are activated
5) Efficiency is further enhanced by the fact that EasyPlant can be equipped with several hollow inserts, which allows more holes to be prepared in one workflow.

Hanger (i)
The bracket can be made of metal, wood, composite or plastic material. This is thought tubular or slightly oval for the best possible ergonomic properties and may be solid or hollow depending on material choice. The bracket is attached to the chassis by either a screw connection, bolts, welding or bonding - again depending on material choice. The bracket is designed as a bracket with two fixing points for the chassis and can be made with or without T-handle, with or without non-slip socks and can be painted or otherwise surface treated.
Hollow Cuts (2)
The hollow insert (s) is attached to the chassis in any pattern. EasyPlant can be made variants with an unmatched number of inserts depending on the users' preferences and tasks. The cuts can be made of metal, wood, composite or plastic material, must be hollow and have an internal cavity of at least the diameter of a flower bulb, but can otherwise be freely shaped. Could be cylindrical tubes, rectangular tubes, square tubes, triangular tubes, polygonal tubes, elliptical tubes or other geometries as long as they are sharpened at the lower end. The inserts are attached to the chassis by either welding, bonding, screw connection or bolts. Can be fixed-mounted or changeable. All inserts are mounted with the sharpened end down and at the same height relative to the chassis so that a uniform cutting depth is achieved.
Chassis (3)
The chassis is the anchor point for hanger and hollow inserts respectively. The chassis can be made of metal, wood, composite or plastic material and will typically be made of a plate shaped depending on the selected number and pattern of hollow inserts. The periphery of the chassis may be terminated by a tubular or sharp-edged frame as a stable tread for the operator.
Express mechanism (4)
The express mechanism consists of a plate or frame fitted with a number of pistons corresponding to the number of hollow inserts with which the EasyPlant is equipped. The pistons and plate or frame can be made of metal, wood, composite or plastic material. The pistons are designed to fit within the cavity of the corresponding hollow inserts. The plate or frame is further equipped with 2-way bushings or sliding bearings which correspond in position to the fixture points of the bracket (1) on the chassis, so that during use, the express mechanism can slide freely up and down the vertical in the direction and thus be controlled by the bracket.

Work steps in

The operator now places an onion in each of the holes that the hollow cutters (2) have left in the ground.

The operator now places the hollow cutters (2) in the holes again, their position being controlled by the bracket (1). The exterminator mechanism (4) is now stepped whereby the turf is again placed in the ground - now on top of the lies.

The operator now moves the hollow inserts (2) to the next position using the hanger (1) and is ready to repeat the process.
